Product Lines

Standard. Acoustic. Or yours.

Every Engrained panel comes off the same press with the same verified structural core. Two standard lines cover most projects; custom profiles cover the rest — specify the surface, keep the performance.

01 — Standard

Structural, exposed, ready to build.

The core panel. Clean SPF lamella laminated on edge, planed and sanded so the underside reads as a finished ceiling. No cladding, no cover — the structure is the surface.

Typical applications

Depths

2×4 to 2×12 lamella · 3½–11¼ in (89–286 mm)

Maximum panel

60 ft × 12 ft (18,288 × 3,660 mm)

Fire

Fire resistance by charring at 0.65 mm/min. Ratings run 60 to 120 minutes depending on panel depth — see the fire table on Resources.

02 — Acoustic

Quiet built into the ceiling.

The same structural panel, with acoustic fibre inserts seated in milled tracks on the exposed face. The open tracks scatter sound and the concealed inserts absorb it — room acoustics that would otherwise need panelling applied over the timber you chose to leave exposed. Acoustic performance testing to ASTM C423; noise reduction coefficient (NRC) values published at certification.

Profiles

Edge and surface profiles.

A range of milled faces and reveals — from a clean flat panel to deep flutes and acoustic slotting. Shown here as cross-sections through the panel depth.

Square

Crisp square edges — a flat, continuous soffit.

APPEARANCE GRADES

Four grades. Specify the finish by name.

Premium

The tightest visual standard: selected lamella, minimal knots and wane, uniform colour. Feature ceilings and showpiece spaces.

Select

A clean exposed surface with small, tight knots. The standard choice for exposed ceilings on most projects.

Standard

A sound structural face with natural knots and character. Exposed applications where budget leads.

Industrial

Structure first — appearance not controlled. Concealed applications.

Detailed grade cards with sample photographs will be published at production launch.

Custom orders

Your profile — talk to us.

Beyond Standard and Acoustic we mill custom profiles and panel makeups: bullnose, custom fluted (double or random), ribbed layups mixing lamella depths, non-standard spans and edge details, and painted or coated finishes arranged per project. We also take on alternative species — SPF is our standard; Douglas Fir and others are available as custom orders.

Beyond Standard and Acoustic we mill custom profiles and panel makeups: bullnose, custom fluted (double or random), ribbed layups mixing lamella depths, non-standard spans and edge details, and factory painting where a project needs specific colour or coverage. Every line. Every panel. Verified.

Whichever product you choose, every dowel insertion is force-verified and logged, and every panel ships with a laser-etched QR code linking to its complete production record. Industry-leading transparency: every dowel, every panel, on the record.
